- The employees selected by the company are completely managed by the local Randstad branch. The consultant at that branch takes full charge of the temporary workforce and handles operational and administrative tasks.
- Via the Randstad Direct formula, the company is not tied to a particular branch. It receives an extranet application for online personnel management, free of charge. A permanent case manager looks after contract compilation and ensures that Dimona declarations are submitted properly, that salaries are paid and that all social documents are in order after an employee has been taken on. The case manager has the required expertise in employment legislation.
